The Luxury Lab can also act as intermediary to introduce hotel investors and owner to potential new properties in Italy, for management contract or joint ventures.

We have a wide range of contacts in the luxury hotel sector worldwide and can assist hotels investors to find new development projects in Italy and overseas as well as assist hotel owners based overseas who seek to expand their portfolio of properties in Italy.

Our Press Office works alongside the Sales and Marketing Team of Hotels, Resorts and Villas to assist in generating visibility in the key trade and consumer medias, both online and off-line. Based on the annual Sales and Marketing plans, the Press Office tailor makes an annual Press and Communication calendar to support the key awareness objectives.
